Package Handling Instructions and Notes

Any package being shipped to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City must be prepaid and addressed as follows:

Receiver’s Name
NAMD Conference
Sender’s Name

Arlington, VA 22202

Larger packages must arrive on the day of setup.  Any package being shipped out of the Hotel must be prepaid, addressed, labeled and ready for mailing.

Shipments received prior to the three (3) days will be returned.

 Package Handling Storage Fees

– Letter – Free of Charge Letter

– Box – Two (2) business days of free storage any more than two (2) business days and the charge is $6.00 per box per day

– Pallet – Three (3) business days free storage any more than three (3) business days and the charge is $75.00 per pallet per day
