Reserved for previous Medicaid Directors who are paying annual dues to NAMD.

Non-profit Registrations
At NAMD we are committed to making the Fall conference accessible to all attendees and organizations of all sizes and scale. If you are a non-profit, woman-owned, or minority-owned business and have 20 or fewer employees, please contact us at conference@medicaiddirectors.org for a special, discounted rate.
All other non-profits must register at the corporate non-sponsor rate unless you are sponsoring or exhibiting at the conference.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 5:00 PM ET September 8, 2023. Cancellations made on or before the deadline will be refunded, minus a $100 administrative processing fee. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing via email to conference@medicaiddirectors.org or via fax at (504) 327-5299.
When does Early Bird pricing end and what are the regular rates?
Early Bird Pricing is available through 5:00 PM EST on September 8, 2023.
After that date, the rates are as follows:
In-person Regular Rate
NAMD Alumni – $700
Government – $700
Non-Profit – $800
Corporate Sponsor – $1,400
Corporate Non-Sponsor/Exhibitor – $1,700
In-person Onsite Rate (after 5:00 pm EST, September 29, 2023)
Please note: If pre-registration sells out, onsite registration will not be available.

Virtual Regular Rate (After 5:00 pm EST, September 8, 2023)

My company works for a state government, can I register at the State Attendee rate?
The State Attendee rate is only available to State employees with a state government email address.
Do you offer a Student rate?
NAMD is happy to support the next generation of Medicaid leaders and we are able to offer a limited number of registrations at a special student rate. Please contact conference@medicaiddirectors.org for details.
Can I register a group of attendees?
Yes, begin the registration with the first person in the group. When you arrive at the order summary page click “Add another attendee”. If you need to register more than 10 people, please reach out to us at conference@medicaiddirectors.org for assistance.
