REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

  • NAMD Alumni – this rate is reserved for previous Medicaid Directors who are paying annual dues to NAMD.
  • Government – this rate is reserved for those who are employed directly by the state or federal government. You must register with a .gov or state government email.
  • Non-Profit – this rate is reserved for those employed by a non-profit organization.
  • Corporate Sponsor/Exhibitor – this rate is for all persons who are employed by a private company/organization that is sponsoring the conference. Individuals interested in registering as a corporate sponsor attendee should contact their NAMD conference coordinator before registering. Your company may have complimentary badges available for your use.
  • Corporate Non-Sponsor/Exhibitor – this rate is for those who are employed by a private company/organization that is not sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the conference.

NAMD 2023 Conference Safety and Community Pledge:

As always, we are taking safety at our event seriously. After careful consideration and discussion among NAMD staff and event coordinators, we have implemented the following measures to promote the health and wellbeing of attendees and staff:

– All attendees are expected to consider the well-being of themselves and those around them. This includes:
– self-monitoring for COVID-19 and other illness symptoms
– being vaccinated and submitting to follow-up boosters as needed
– respecting the personal space and decisions of other attendees.

– While we will not require masks or proof of vaccination, we do expect all attendees to make a personal commitment to ensuring they are not putting themselves or others in danger of illness or otherwise. We are a community and will rely on our community members to ensure the safety of the group.

NAMD is committed to building an environment of wellness and will be providing:
– complimentary facemasks
– hand sanitizer stations
