Registration Categories
NAMD Alumni: This rate is reserved for previous Medicaid Directors who are paying annual dues to NAMD.
Government: This rate is reserved for those who are employed directly by the state or federal government. You must register with a .gov or state government email.
Corporate Sponsor/Exhibitor: This rate is for all persons who are employed by a private company/organization that is sponsoring the conference. Individuals interested in registering as a corporate sponsor attendee should contact their NAMD conference coordinator before registering. Your company may have complimentary badges available for your use.
Corporate Non-Sponsor/Exhibitor: This rate is for those who are employed by a private company/organization that is not sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the conference.
Non-profit Registrations
At NAMD we are committed to making the Fall conference accessible to organizations of all sizes. We are offering a limited number of non-profit and small business registrations. If you are a non-profit or small business and have 20 or fewer employees, please contact us at conference@medicaiddirectors.
All other non-profits must register at the corporate non-sponsor rate unless you are sponsoring or exhibiting at the conference.

Conference Code of Conduct
NAMD is committed to hosting events at which everyone can participate in an inclusive and respectful manner, whether conference registrants, sponsors or exhibitors, faculty and speakers, media representatives, NAMD’s staff and events partner, ARB, and all other attendees.
Our code of conduct is as follows:
* This Medicaid community honors and respects diversity of experiences and approaches, as well as the varied lived experiences of Medicaid leaders. As such, this community treats everyone with respect and dignity. Any form of harassment – which is any improper or unwelcome conduct that might reasonably be expected or be perceived to cause offense or humiliation to another person – is strictly prohibited.
* We agree to cooperate respectfully with requests and/or instructions from NAMD staff or NAMD’s events partner, ARB.
* Any non-compliant behavior is prohibited, and NAMD’s executive director will have the authority to ask the non-compliant person to leave the NAMD event. Access to future NAMD events may be limited or denied as a result.
* Any code of conduct complaints or issues should be raised directly to NAMD’s executive director, Kate McEvoy.
* Attending or being involved in any capacity with a NAMD event means you agree to abide by NAMD’s code of conduct.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 5:00 PM ET October 10, 2025. Cancellations made on or before the deadline will be refunded, minus a $100 administrative processing fee. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing via email to conference@medicaiddirectors.org or via fax at (504) 327-5299.
No-Show Policy
Attendee registration for this conference represents a commitment to attend. A “no-show” (failure to attend without prior cancellation) is not considered a cancellation. Full payment of the registration fee is required regardless of attendance. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

When does Early Bird pricing end and what are the regular rates?
Early Bird Pricing is available through 5:00 PM EDT on October 10, 2025.
After that date, the rates are as follows:

NAMD Alumni – $700
Government – $700
Corporate Sponsor – $1,400
Corporate Non-Sponsor/Exhibitor – $1,850
Onsite Regular Rate
Please note: If pre-registration sells out, onsite registration will not be available.

My company works for a state government, can I register at the State Attendee rate?
The State Attendee rate is only available to State employees with a state government email address.
Do you offer a Student rate?
NAMD is happy to support the next generation of Medicaid leaders and we are able to offer a limited number of registrations at a special student rate. Please contact conference@medicaiddirectors.org for details.
Can I register a group of attendees?
Yes, begin the registration with the first person in the group. When you arrive at the order summary page click “Add another attendee”. If you need to register more than 10 people, please reach out to us at conference@medicaiddirectors.org for assistance.
